Contact
If you’d like to begin therapy or enquire about clinical supervision, you’re welcome to get in touch using whichever option feels most comfortable for you.
I aim to respond within one working day.
Privacy & how your information is used
Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me. This website is designed as a secure, ethical way to make contact — not to store therapy content.
When you get in touch, I may receive your name, email address, phone number, and a brief message about what you’re looking for. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange sessions.
This website does not store therapy notes, session content, journals, or personal histories.
If you choose to contact me via WhatsApp or email, these platforms are used only for arranging sessions and brief communication. Therapy itself does not take place via WhatsApp.
Everything discussed in therapy is confidential and handled in line with BACP ethical guidelines and UK law, with the usual exceptions around risk of harm, which will be explained clearly.
If you’re unsure what to say or where to start, that’s completely okay. We can take things one step at a time.
