Integrative Counselling with John.

Counselling Services.

John Graham, Registered Member MBACP (Accred)

I understand the pressures people can put upon themselves, which are unhelpful and can lead to damaging coping strategies. I will work with you to identify healthier ways of managing anxiety, low self-esteem and further underlying issues. I feel passionate in the potential of therapy to support you through difficult times in your life.

I am an integrative counsellor, and I am registered and accredited with the BACP. I provide an empathic, supportive space where you can feel safe to open up and feel seen and heard for who you are.

Accredited means being officially recognized or certified as having met certain standards or qualifications, often by a professional organization or governing body. In the context of therapy, an accredited counsellor or psychotherapist is someone who has been certified by a recognized professional organization (such as the BACP in the UK) as meeting their specific training, experience, and ethical standards.

This accreditation assures clients that the therapist is qualified, professional, and adheres to ethical guidelines in their practice.

I understand the immense pressures people often place upon themselves, which can feel overwhelming and lead to damaging coping strategies, such as avoidance, withdrawal, or negative self-talk. These patterns, though unhelpful, can become ingrained over time, making it difficult to break free.

Through our work together, we will explore and gently unravel these patterns, helping you identify healthier, more constructive ways of managing anxiety, low self-esteem, and any underlying emotional or psychological challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

I am deeply passionate about the transformative power of therapy and its potential to help you navigate difficult times, regain a sense of balance, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. With the right tools and insights, you can overcome these challenges and rediscover your inner strength and resilience. Integrative counselling with John

I have an integrative approach, meaning that I draw on several ways of working according to what a client’s needs might be.

We will work together to identify patterns of behaviour and thoughts that may be causing difficulties in your life. By looking at these patterns and the experiences that underlie them, we can work to make changes that will lead to better psychological health and well-being.

I am also trained in hypnotherapy and can offer that alongside therapy when appropriate, if you think it may be useful in our work together.
