Services
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for adults across the UK and internationally, as well as clinical supervision for counsellors and therapists.
My approach is integrative and relational, meaning the work is shaped around you rather than a fixed model.
Integrative counselling & psychotherapy (online)
Therapy offers a calm, confidential space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface — at your own pace. Many people come feeling anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Anxiety, panic, and chronic worry
Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion
Low self-esteem and self-criticism
Shame, guilt, and emotional distress
Trauma and difficult past experiences
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Feeling disconnected, lost, or unsure of direction
You don’t need to have a clear diagnosis or label. If something feels difficult, confusing, or painful, it’s enough to begin.
My approach
I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on what best supports you. This includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational and attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and — where appropriate — clinical hypnotherapy.
The work is collaborative, compassionate, and paced carefully. Therapy is not about fixing you, but about understanding what has shaped you and developing kinder, more supportive ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clinical supervision
I also offer online clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainee therapists.
Reflective, supportive space to explore client work
Attention to ethics, boundaries, and safeguarding
Understanding transference, countertransference, and parts dynamics
Support with burnout, overwhelm, and professional identity
